Cancellation/ Refund policies

Tap‘N’Add takes client satisfaction very seriously, so if following your request to return an item, you change your mind and wish to cancel your return request, you have the option to refuse the collection of the item when the courier contacts you to pick up the item. You may request to cancel your request for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of delivery. Cancellation requests made within 72 hours of the delivery date/time may not receive any refund nor a transfer. You can also call our Customer Support at ([email protected]) and we will instruct the courier to terminate the collection from you and reverse the status of your order.

Delivery Policy and Method

Upon placing an order with us, we will confirm the order and shall ship orders to the delivery address, where we have agreed to deliver the products, we will use reasonable endeavors to do so within the estimated agreed-upon delivery timeframe. You must also do all that you reasonably can to enable the delivery to take place on the given date. If we are unable to deliver the product because of your action or inaction, we will need to arrange an alternative delivery date and we reserve the right to charge you a further fee for this. Unless we have agreed otherwise, delivery will be completed when we deliver the product to the address you specified in your order (FOB destination) If you do not receive your Product on the stated delivery date, you must notify us immediately.

Termination

Tap‘N’Add or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying all materials obtained from this website. Tap‘N’Add may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Website.

Integration

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tap‘N’Add and supersedes any prior oral or written arguments, understandings, or other communications between parties. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both you and an authorized signatory of Tap‘N’Add

Use Tax

Tap‘N’Add will charge sales tax to some items which are subject to tax.

Other

The headings in this agreement are for reference purposes only and have no legal effect. If any portion of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect.
